CC - 264 (300, 315, 340, 370)(400, 424, 450, 476) g/528 (600, 630, 680, 741)(800,850, 900, 954) yards

  • Needles: Main Fabric: US 7/4.5 mm – 32” to 40”

Ribbing: US#5 (3.75 mm)  32” to 40”

Use the needle size you need to achieve gauge - ribbing needle should be 2 sizes below gauge needle

  • Notions/Other supplies: Stitch marker, row counter (recommended), scissors, waste yarn, spare needle or stitch holders
  • Copy of Trinigan by Andrea Mowry

 

Preparation:

21 sts & 32 rows = 4”/10 cm in larger needle 

Knit gauge swatch in mosaic pattern and block. Make sure to check gauge and redo if necessary. Cast on for your size and knit bottom ribbing for 3.5” in ribbing needle. Students can do tubular cast on or any other stretchy cast on, like Twisted German.
