Ready to take your crochet to the next level? Learn to crochet in the round, a new stitches, and create your first crochet hat! Be sure to have your homework prepared before arriving to class.

Skills needed: This is an advanced beginner to Intermediate class. Students should know how to chain, work single crochet and slip st
- Crocheting in the round
- Half Double, Double, Front/Back Post Single Crochet
- 150-225 yards heavy worsted weight
- 5.5mm crochet hook
- Progress keeper or stitch marker with a claw or crab clasp for end of round
- Tapestry needle
- A copy of Simple Seed Stitch Beanie by Kristen Holloway, available on Ravelry
Before you arrive to the first class, please preapre a gauge swatch. Gauge is 13 hdc sts in 4”; hdc stitches should be 1/2” tall. Circle should measure 3 1/2” across after round 4, 4 1/4” after round 5, and 5” across after round 6.
