Cyrano is an aran weight yarn from a small ecologically-friendly yarn company from the south of France, de rerum natura. The company creates transparently produced, ethically sourced yarns with a minimal ecological footprint. White and black wool from French Merino d’Arles and Portuguese Petra Merino sheep is blended and spun semi-woolen to create wonderfully lofty yarns in beautiful heathered hues. Great care is taken to ensure that the dye products used are as environmentally friendly as possible.

Cyrano is a large 100 gram ball of amazingly squishy and sheepy aran weight – a true 3.5 to 4 stitches to the inch. It comes in four natural shades (sel, poivre blanc, poivre et sel and poivre) and a palette of plain or subtly heather colors.
