Level one: Miso Shawl

Skills needed:

Homework:

• Please make a gauge swatch according to the pattern
• Please cast the amount of stitches for your project and work the set up rows as instructed

Materials needed:

• Fingering weight yarn (385 or 840 yards)
• Needle size US 5 (3.75mm) 
• Stitch markers
• Copy of Miso shawl 

Level two: Lace Sampler Scarf or Rainshine

Skills needed:

• Knitting & Purling

Materials needed:

For Lace Sampler Scarf:

• Fingering weight yarn (~1080 yds/988m)
• Needles sized US 6 (4mm) or size to obtain gauge. Note: You may need a different needle size for each lace motif to achieve correct gauge.
• Stitch markers 
• Copy of Lace Sampler Scarf

For Rainshine:

• DK weight yarn (800yds)
• Needles sized US 5 (3.75mm)
• Stitch markers
• Copy of Rainshine

Homework:

Level three: Poetry Pullover

Skills needed:

Sizes: 1 (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9)

Finished bust circumference: 80 (90, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160) cm / 31.5 (35.5, 39.25, 43.25, 47.25, 51.25, 55, 59, 63) inches including the intended ease of 5 cm / 2 inches 

• DK weight yarn 820 (900, 1000, 1100, 1200, 1320, 1460, 1600, 1760) m / 900 (990, 1090, 1200, 1320, 1450, 1590, 1750, 1930) yards
• Needle sizes (Note: Always use the needle size that gives you the right gauge!):
• 3 mm / US2.5 DPNs or a circular needle with a cable suitable for small circumference knitting for cuffs
• 3 mm / U2.5 circular needle with a cable length of 40 cm / 16 inches for the neckline
• 3 mm / US2.5 circular needle with a cable length of 80 cm / 32 inches for smaller sizes and 100 cm / 40 inches for larger sizes the hem
• 3.5 mm / US4 DPNs or a circular needle with a cable suitable for small circumference knitting for sleeves
• 3.5 mm / US4 circular needle with a cable length of 80 cm / 32 inches for smaller sizes and 100 cm / 40 inches for larger sizes for the body
